INNOVACERA is a young company with stable growth. We celerated its 6^th birthday on August 8^th, 2018. INNOVACERA is focus on markting and sales of technical ceramics. Another two brother companies XinciTec and Zhongda Ceramic are responsible for manufacture. Our engineer is with experience in R&D, manufacture and sales in advanced ceramic materials for 15 years.

INNOVACERA is located in costal city Xiamen which is with convenient transportations including sea transportation, air transportation and land transportation. As Xiamen is special economic city, it’s with rich human resource. We got a good sales and marketing team because of the good location.

Our aim is to offer the ideal solution for many applications. We will keep to work closely with customers and vendors to help provide the quality ceramic products to meet unique and demanding performance requirement in further 10, 15, 20, 25…years and not stop.

High Precision Ceramic Bearing

Innovacera provides full-ceramic bearings and hybrid ceramic bearing.

The inner and outer rings of the hybrid ceramic bearing are steel and balls are ceramic material.

Innovacera can provide different material ceramic materials including zirconia ceramic and silicon nitride ceramic.

Innovacera is capable to make the ball size from 0. 5 to 90 mm at grade G5-G1OO in different ceramic materials.

Regarding the full ceramic ball bearings, we are capable to make the maximum 200 mm outer ring and the smallest 3 mm inner ring for all kinds of ceramic materials with PEEK PFA PTFE, Nylon, or graphite reinforcing PTFE cage (retainer).

Though the strength of ceramic material is lower than steel, ceramic bearings are lighter and have lower friction than steel, which makes ceramic bearing go faster with lower heat generated and has the longest service life.

INNOVACERA will be closed 16th-18th of June for Dragon Boat Festival holiday. .

The Dragon Boat Festival,also called the Duanwu Festival,is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month on the Chinese calendar. This festival is to commemorate the death of QU Yuan, an upright and honest poet and statesman who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a river.
The most important activity of this festival is the Dragon Boat races. It symbolizes people’s attempts to rescue Qu Yuan. In the current period,these races also demonstrate the virtues of cooperation and teamwork.
Besides,the festival has also been marked by eating zong zi(glutinous rice). Zong zi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves. People who mourned the death of Qu threw Zong zi into the river to feed his ghost every year.Then,this memorial turns to protection from evil and disease for the rest of year.
