Silicon nitride quartz igniter is a new type of ignition device developed based on silicon nitride ceramic material. It takes advantage of the high strength, high temperature resistance, anti shock and high thermal conductivity of silicon nitride and can reach 800-1000℃ within tens of seconds. It ignites the fuel by direct heating or through wind conduction. Compared with traditional ceramic igniters, it has a shorter ignition time (< 60 seconds), higher energy, higher reliability, and does not short-circuit when in contact with ashes, has better shock resistance and is suitable for pellet grills, biomass boilers and BBQ grills.
