The manufacturing process of Innovacera Silicon Nitride Grinding Media Balls involves titration, rolling, cold isostatic pressing (CIP), and gas pressure sintering at a temperature of 1800-2100 °C. CIP is preferred above 3mm in particle size and has a 99% purity level. These Si₃N₄ balls have low chemical reactivity which is complimented by low friction, electrical insulation, non-magnetic properties, high strength, and high corrosion resistance. Due to their effectiveness in ultra-fine grinding with minimal contamination, they are used widely in semiconductor slurries, materials for batteries, high-purity pharmaceuticals, and chemical systems. They range in size from 0.2 mm to 20 mm.
