Silicon nitride grinding balls have excellent features of chemical inertness, low friction and heat generation, electrical insulation, non-magnetic, high strength and corrosion resistance.
Compared with other grinding media, the silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) milling media balls improves energy efficiency, reduces mechanical wear and ultra-fine grinding and dispersion. It is a ideal grinding media when high wear resistance, minimal contamination and less abrasion is required such as semiconductor slurries, pharmaceutical dispersions, battery material milling. Our silicon nitride media balls main size is 0.2 mm – 20 mm.
