Small HV Feedthrough for Excimer Lasers
This compact ceramic-to-metal feedthrough is designed to introduce high voltage into excimer laser assemblies while maintaining electrical isolation from the surrounding metal housing.
The brazed assembly combines 95% alumina ceramic, 304 stainless steel, OFCu, and Kovar for reliable insulation and structural stability. With compact dimensions of D72 × 57.5 mm, it is suitable for integration into space-limited excimer laser equipment.
Custom feedthrough designs are available for different voltage, interface, material, and dimensional requirements.
