Laser Ceramic Submount

Innovacera’s laser ceramic submount is a compact functional ceramic base installed beneath a Laser Diode, EML or VCSEL chip. Within a very limited package footprint, it simultaneously performs chip mounting, electrical interconnection, electrical insulation and rapid heat dissipation. It is a key component connecting the laser chip to the package base, copper base or heat sink.
