Regarding ceramic directional valve, we have long and short spool for your selection. Long one is suitable for large flow and high water pressure as it is stable but the response is slightly slow. Short one is suitable for small flow but high speed. It can reversing fast but the flow adjustment is small. You can select according to the machine model.
Compared with tungsten steel blade, the ceramic one is more cost effective. Commonly speaking, one loom machine needs two pares of blade. We sintering material and process the blade from our production line, so we have the advantage in price and the quality control.
