Innovacera's Pyrolytic Boron Nitride (PBN) ceramics are ultra-high-purity (99.99%) hexagonal boron nitride materials manufactured via chemical vapor deposition (CVD), producing dense, impervious structures with crystals aligned parallel to the deposition surface. This unique anisotropic microstructure delivers exceptional thermal conductivity in-plane and low through-plane conductivity, outstanding thermal shock resistance, and sustained mechanical strength up to 2200°C.
