Boron Nitride Ceramic Evaporation Boat Sets

Innovacera offers a comprehensive range of boron nitride ceramic evaporation boat sets which main material is 99% boron nitride and wolframium basket, the boron nitride evaporation boat is a specialized product designed for use in thermal evaporation processes. It is equivalent to an internally heated ceramic evaporation container, is suitable for a broad spectrum of metal evaporation, including Au, Ag, In, Sn, Sb, Bi, Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn, Co, Ni, Fe, Mn, nickelchromium alloy, and high permeability alloy.

Multiple Connectors

CF Flanged Sapphire Viewports

High purity Sapphire viewports offer a hermetically-sealed lens with upgraded optical, mechanical, and corrosion properties across a wide spectrum. Innovacera’ Sapphire viewports are rated for both high vacuum(HV) and ultrahigh vacuum(UHV) applications.
The use of high purity sapphire and low expansion alloys allow these viewports to be repeatedly baked out at temperatures up to 350°C. The crystal orientation of our sapphire viewports is normal to the optical axis, also referred to as a 90° orientation. All viewports up to one-inch in diameter are made with UV grade sapphire.
